    You will create a personal mission statement, get clear on who you want to be, what you want from life and how you want to live your life.

  2. Wheel Of Life

    We will identify the areas of your life that are out of balance and that need your time and attention. We will create a balance in all the areas in your life.

  3. Roles and Values

    Clarify your governing values and prioritize the different roles you play in your life in order of what is most important to you.

  4. D.I.S.C Personality Test

    We will identify the characteristics of your personality type and gain understanding of yourself and others.

5. Conditioning & Your Past

We will explore your past experience and how that influences your beliefs and inner narrative on how you view yourself and your world. We can re-frame your experience and evoke a new perspective and a shift your mindset

6. Mindfulness

Introduction to mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily rituals to keep you grounded in the present.

7. Window of Tolerance

Together we will develop a plan of action that focuses on YOU, that enables you to make time for what is most important and that energizes and excites you.

8. Long-term Meaningful Change

We devise a plan to stay committed and accountable to making long-term meaningful change in your life.
